Super friendly and nice. Manager was very sweet to my baby, He gave her a bag of apples to take home! Super sweet! Food was also good! My mom and I loved their ribs! The service were amazing the check up on us making sure everything was good. Loved the vibe and will definitely be coming back!
Just wanted something easy. I would have been happy with just the salad bar, but was So Impressed with the service! The last thing I expected was a warm welcome from the manager AND delightful warmth, happiness, and helpfulness from the waitress. Such a wonderful person!
Hubby known the owner of kettle restaurant for a long time now. When his mom was still alive they used to eat a lot in this restaurant for they served good foods. And since I got married to him. From the first time he introduced me to Sam the owner, who's very kind and friendly and first night eating in the restaurant. I ordered kettle deuces. And was surprised to see it was in a big plate. I barely finish eating it as I was so full. Eversince then we visit the restaurant twice a week. Its a very homey restaurant. It's like coming home to a very delicious foods.
The food at Kettles is excellent, and reasonably priced, with good portions. The staff are friendly, and treat you as family. I would recommend Kettles as a place to eat in Tucson. The owner will treat you right.
This restaurant was right next door to our hotel so was a convenient stop for lunch. I wasn't sure what to expect especially since their sign advertised a $12.99 buffet and was pleasantly surprised at their buffet options. Before I get into the food, the service was great. Our waitress greeted us right as we stepped in the door, was super friendly and even applied a coupon since we asked if there were any discounts for staying at the adjacent hotel (there usually is not). On to the food...the soup of the day was homemade vegetable soup and let me tell you, was pretty amazing. I wish I knew how to make soup that well! For the entree I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs which came with garlic bread and a side of veggies. Personally I thought the sauce tasted a little like chef boyardee and a little too sweet and tomato-y than I like. Lastly, they had a good selection of pies and cakes and ended up getting the chocolate cake which was rich & delicious and a good way to end the meal. It was also quite cute because there were quite a few regular customers that were there and even designated their usual tables.
